Delegating & Outsourcing Consultant

Are you an American business owner doing $500,000+ but bleeding it all away in payroll?

Or maybe, you're a freelancer providing enough for yourself with $200,000+ but have been way too busy for way too many years doing all the tasks yourself.

YOU NEED LOYAL, RELIABLE MANPOWER TO ENJOY THE WORK LIFE BALANCE YOU DESERVE.  THIS YEAR.

Read this if you're rocking your business, but can't expand or maintain your business due to the rising cost of labor in the US.

Have you thought about hiring VAs (Virtual Assistants) but have felt it's just too complicated?

Who manages them? Are you ready to have full-time, fully remote team members? Also, have you thought about what country might be best to outsource in?  Don't forget the tax forms and to renew those every 3 years (it's way easier than a W-2 Employee).

For the business owners with staff--what will your other staff think about that?

But then, you keep coming back to the major reasons you launched your business:
1. To work fewer hours.
2. To travel more.
3. To decrease financial stress (decrease payroll, decrease liability, increase marketing, reach, and sales).

What if I told you that the possibility of hiring abroad would have life-changing, compounding effects on your finances.

And your new team members finances.  I'm talking about paying them double the expected local wage, and giving them an extra month of salary or more for a bonus.  And not even flinching, especially if you've had any experiencing putting Americans on payroll.

If you're interested in hiring a VA, you're probably interested in the lower cost of labor in other counties, but you might not know all the cultural intricacies that will determine if it's a successful professional relationship.

Testimonials

"I read Matt's blog back in 2017 "How to Hire Your First VA" and also took his personal advice to help hold our VAs more accountable."
Mike Law, Domain Name Broker

Is this really about marketing VAs, or can I also hire attorneys and accountants?

Now, I know we've been talking a lot about VAs, which is how I first got into all this, but let's not forget that you can also hire accountants and attorneys.

When we hired our first attorney, it was a part-time, long-term relationship for less than $8/hour, and she immediately took over all contract drafting for our clients, plus lots of legal research.

Obviously, she can't file forms at a court house in the US, nor has she passed the BAR in the states (although with a Philippines Law Degree, you are able to attempt it in California and New York).

She also helped with landlord-tenant research on my rental properties and always-occurring issues.

Is it hard to find the right candidate?
Hmm, no, because there’s way too many applicants completely exploding your inbox, dying to work for a rare US company that understands even just a little bit about Filipino culture and traditional employment…

You have to have the right benefit package specific to any country that you're hiring in if you want to outsource successfully.  Otherwise, you're risking resentment that progresses with time, and the culture may not be the western-type of culture where we talk openly about what we expect and what goals we have.

Here’s a screenshot of me receiving almost 1 application per minute while my ad was live for a bookkeeper and HR admin role:

Isn't that crazy?  It only cost $69/mo for 1 month to post that job ad.  No, we don't have a recruiter (yet), and no we don't need to post on multiple job boards and track where candidates come from.

It is important to have some questions in the interview that show how culturally familiar that are with us Americans.  Many are not familiar, or are too shy, or simply have never been exposed to western culture.  For your first hires, you may consider hiring in bigger cities where candidates have been exposed to even more cultures than you have.

Well, I'll share more on this page later, but for now, this should give you a good idea on what I can help your business with. Please, I invite you to schedule an exploratory call, I can at least share more tips, or hopefully find a way to implement this in a realistic way for you.
