Here in the Philippines, I asked a friend if they thought the above title was a good title. They responded, "No that title doesn't work because that's not the purpose of the quarantine pass. I am only supposed to use it for going outside to buy essential goods."
Anyway, here's the update. On April 24th, I got my quarantine pass here in Taguig, Philippines. A 'quarantine pass' is something which I'm still learning about what exactly this all entails.
